Its Cold!

I love the snow normally but I have never known it so cold.  Normally by now there would be a snowman in the garden or igloo but I have rarely stepped outside so far.

I looked online for some snow and ice sculptures and came across the site http://www.rainbowskill.com/canteen/amazing-ice-and-snow-sculptures.php

Well done to Matt Cardle

I am so glad Matt won the x factor.  He was the best by far I think.  I loved this year so much I bought two tickets for the X factor tour for a Christmas present to my mum. She will only go with me so I have that to look forward too.  Thought of this as a good way of giving and recieving all in one.  I also bought my mate a event type gift so I expect to be having a bit of pamering in the new year also.

Christmas 2010

This Christmas is going to be strange to say the least.  Due to circumstances my mum and dad (who divorced in the 80's and haven't spoken or seen each other since) are going to be round my house for Christmas dinner!  Watch this space!

Take the stress out of Christmas shopping

Every year the same old thing happens.  We all get stressed (well us women who do the shopping do) over what to buy people.  Many of us leave it to the last minute and battle against the other people in the shops in late December.  The high street shops have the same old crap, gift sets that would cost far less if you were to buy them separately.  There will be offers of buying 2 and get the third free, great you think, but really they are not a bargain, they just make you chose more gifts than you wanted to in the first place.

The best way to tackle this is to stay away from the high street shops and do your shopping online.  Many shops offer discount if you buy more than one item.  Plus you will get items you really want to buy, not just because they are there like the ones in the high street shops.  Also you can search for specific types of gifts.  If you know someone who is into golf then you can search for 'Golf gifts'.  Maybe you have a friend who has her home decked out in the French Country Style? Then try actually searching for words such as 'French country style home accessories'.

You can type as many words as you want into a search engine so don't just use words such as Christmas shopping or Christmas gifts, really get specific on what type of gifts you want.  It will save you a lot of time and ensure you get the right gift for the right person. Plus why not pour a glass of wine and take your time.  Buying gifts for people is supposed to be fun.

Payday Loans

Everywhere I go I hear about people struggling with money. It seems in this day and age if you want something and you want it now then you borrow money. To me this is madness. Why borrow money and pay interest when all you have to do is save the money yourself. Yes you may have to WAIT a little while but at least you don't have to pay interest on it.

I would much rather  have my money in my bank giving me interest than borrowing and having to pay it!  But this is me, I am very lucky that I have old fashioned views and have never liked this buy now pay later culture.  I don't buy items I can't afford, I wait and save.  I do have a mortgage which kills me when I look at the interest I am paying, but without it I couldn't choose where I live and obviously having a property is an investment.

For those that are not so great at saving money but have got in a situation where they need cash fast, there are Payday loans available.  These are everywhere at the moment, you can find them online, in newspapers or on the TV adverts.  They are perfect for a short cash injection which you payback in a couple of weeks on payday.   Interest rates vary so do look around.  And remember the most important thing about borrowing money is ensuring you pay it back when you say you will.

Understanding How Horoscopes Can Help You

A lot of people are fond of reading horoscopes. Perhaps, you're even one of those who are fascinated and intrigued by it. There's no question why many individuals consider this interesting since most people seek answers and predictions to what the future will bring them. With this fact, you'll not wonder why they can be found everywhere. You can read them in books, magazines, newspapers, internet, etc.  If you want to know how horoscopes can help you, then read on.

There are many fields under horoscopes and you can select which field you want to get predictions or answers from. The various areas are: love, money, success, health, and many more. But the first four things enumerated are the common ones. They are usually found in many periodicals. Although some people are skeptical on the various readings provided, some have been benefiting from it because it has helped them decide what course of action to take.

In the area of love, one will find answers on how to handle relationships. One will also find their characteristics and nature as a lover based on zodiac signs. This area will give suggestions on which zodiac signs is compatible with each other and will go perfect together as a couple. But, this will not restrict one on his or her choice of partner because it is just advises. Other than the things mentioned this area will also guide singles on where to find potential partners and how to behave properly in during love encounters.

Another field focuses on money and it helps people safeguard their finances. It will give advices on how one should handle money in order to be successful. It will also give advises on how one can practice maximum financial independence. Many people especially businessmen and investors read this section because they want some guidance when they make decisions.

The next area is success and this deals with concerns on success in many aspects: Businesses, love, studies, work, etc. Mainly, this section usually tackles on work success and on how one can handle pressures during work. It will give guidance to employees on how they should handle work situations on a specific day or week. Workers will know what to do and what to avoid during work when they read this section.

The last common area is health. This area tackles on how an individual should take care of his or her health to avoid problems in the future especially on health. This will also give advises on what food groups are perfect for one's well-being.

If you want to read your daily, weekly or monthly horoscopes, you can easily find it by reading magazines and newspapers. You can also check the internet and subscribe on websites that provide free daily readings. Or, if you are a member of popular networking sites, they also have applications such as daily horoscopes which you can easily access everyday. Now, you do see how horoscopes can help you?

Thank you Prof David Nutt

I just want to thank Prof David Nutt for writing the Lancet journal which caused hit the news.  I have known this for years. He should never have been sacked but obvious why he was.  Most of the government are on the drug alcohol, hence the state of the country.

It always annoys me when people talk about drink and drugs as two separate entities.  They are both drugs and the legal one is the far more harmful as this report shows.  I didn't need to research and write a report, its clear to see in my eyes.  I often say to people if alcohol was invented today it would be illegal.  Drugs are drugs.  If you drink everyday or once a week, you are what is labeled as a drug addict.

Sixth on the list is tobacco.  This must be one of the most addictive, I have tried giving up so many times but it took a hard hit of reality when I was told I may have the beginning of COPD this year. I gave up smoking in May, I am doing well, using nicotine replacements, but I have had a couple blibs when I've had the dreaded drug alcohol!  Also my lovely Dad is going through chemo for lung cancer.

Any I hope this gets through to people.

I must be old fashioned!

I must be old fashioned as I have many old fashioned views.  I was taught that if you want something you SAVE your money and then when you have saved enough, you can then BUY it.  What did this teach me?  Well for one I don't buy anything I don't really want, so I don't waste money or buy things on the spur.  Also I actually LOOK AFTER what I have bought.  Why isn't money management taught in schools?  Luckily for my kids they have been taught the value of money and will not become another debt statistic.

Recently I looked at buying an expensive Italian leather sofa.  The salesmen face was a picture when I said I didn't need credit.   I told them if I needed credit then I couldn't afford the sofa and wouldn't be stood here. They looked at me as if I was an alien.  The next thing the manager and every other sales person was sat around me on this fine sofa trying to convince me how a phone call could get me a really good deal!  They must of thought I was born yesterday.  I would only get a discount if I committed to buying the sofa there and then.  They were really quite pushy so I kept them there for a while, letting them use their sales bull to try and get my money.  This just made me more intent on wasting their time and NOT buying the damn sofa.

I hate this buy now pay later culture.  Who invented that??? To me that is madness and will only result in debt, hence today's problems...

The mourning of our beloved friend!

I have probably posted this before but I think its relevant today...

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:
- Knowing when to come in out of the rain;
- Why the early bird gets the worm;
- Life isn't always fair;
- and maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).
His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children.

It declined even further when schools were required to get parental consent to administer sun lotion or an aspirin to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims.

Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death, by his parents, Truth and Trust, by his wife, Discretion, by his daughter, Responsibility, and by his son, Reason.

He is survived by his 4 stepbrothers;
I Know My Rights
I Want It Now
Someone Else Is To Blame
I'm A Victim

Not many attended his funeral because so few realised he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing.

Cuts cuts cuts - what ever happened to good old common sense?

All the news is talking about is government cuts and I am sick of it!  It is just great, the banks get the whole country in a mess and its US who has to pay it back!  Great, that makes perfect sense.  Our whole society (well those less well off) will suffer because the top banking bosses who have no common sense couldn't manage our money. Our government who allowed these wankers, oops I mean bankers, to make these mistakes are now thinking its only right WE all pay for it.  Yes let the hard working tax payers cough up.  Not the rich top bosses and government officials who made the mistakes and who earn more in a year than the average person will earn in their life time.  No why should they take a pay cut.  Their jobs are far more important than the average Joe Blogs.  Just because they made the country in serious debt because they are inadequate at doing their job they keep their high salary.  mmmm yes that makes sense!

Ohh and all the politicians who have been taking the piss with their expenses keep their jobs and high salaries... mmm yes that makes perfect sense!

What a clever, intelligent and perfect country the UK is....NOT!  We have to put up with such pathetic egotistic politicians running our country to the ground and incompetent bankers.

What happened to common sense???????

I have an idea.  How about SACKING every politician and top boss who is inadequate at doing their job. They got us into this mess! Or how about every single politician taking a pay cut because they are obvioulsy not doing a very good job.

Loving Facebook

I can't wait to watch the film about facebook. It really is the best social networking site. It has helped me personally over the past few weeks as my dad who lives 230 miles has been ill having chemotherapy. With group emails all of my family down south have been able to keep me posted of what's happening. It really has been a god send this past couple of weeks.

Recently I read a story about a child who had died, and the story of how she died rang a bell as I have a similar story.  Basically it touched me I wanted to wish the family well.  I found the father on facebook and within a day he was in my friend list and was receiving mail from him.

So well done Facebook, brilliant invention.  I should have thought of it!

I am a Gemini - This is what I am like...

If you always liked the thought of having many wives but would prefer the upkeep one then you should be looking for a Gemini woman.   With a Gemini women you are guaranteed at least two wives and on the occasional weekends as many as three or four!

Naturally there is a small catch, with Gemini women you will have trouble settling her down long enough to take anything too seriously as her mind is always travelling.  When you look a little closer you will find that the several women that make up a Gemini are a romantic one who is capable of intense passion. Depending on her age you will find a Gemini woman fickle and unpredictable to some extent.  First she will love you for your smile, the way you walk and talk, then once the novelty has worn off she will reverse to criticizing everything from your socks to your haircut with clever sharp sarcasm.  However don’t let this put you off the market for a Gemini as remember you’re getting more than one which is a bargain.

Gemini women are not daft; you will find many of these women as lawyers, producers, IT experts, Doctors and many other careers which need some amount of brains. Imagination is key with these women.  If you want to be loved in imaginative ways this is the type of woman for you.

They can play the giddy party girl to perfection, and then change into a demure and adoring housewife, where she can quickly switch to a serious intellectual talking about politics, philosophy but then suddenly turn into a buddle of nerves showing raw emotion, tears and fears.

Once you have proposed to your Gemini woman you can pity all the men who are doomed to a life of monogamy with just one woman.  You will have several wives with your Gemini, wife one will be able to adjust too just about anything you throw at her.  If you expect faithfulness this won’t be a problem. If you plan to move around a lot with your work she will relish the adventure of setting home in new towns.  She will have a smart head for business and back all your plans.

Wife two will be moody and will challenge you mentally.  She will not be easily shocked by life nor have any preconceived prejudices.

Wife three will be bored and depressed with housekeeping routines, the beds maybe unmade and dishes may stand in the sink.  However she will be very affectionate and interested in any soul –satisfying conversations you have into the early hours.

Wife four will be a happy laughing mother who won’t allow her children to restrict her. Her children will imitate her independence and benefit from it.  They won’t get away with missing homework but could get away without picking their clothes up.

Wife five will be a beautiful hostess, and expert at the whole candlelight dinners.  You could bring any guest to tea including the Queen and she will be so gracious and charming your guests will never want to leave.  She will organise her life effortless less, dress like a fashion model and you can take her to art galleries, concerts, in fact she will be at home in any kind of society.

Your woman will never take a train when she can fly, she will never be silent when she can speak and she will never turn away when she can help.  So if you want every man in the town to be green with envy, bag yourself a Gemini girl and you will be sure to have a different woman for each day of the week.

Professional and Reliable for the Conveying of Fish Feed and Most Food Products

Flexible and Space Efficient Bucket elevators provide a very space-efficient system for the combined horizontal and vertical conveying of bulk products, such as fish feed. The system ensures careful handling as the product remains undisturbed from inlet to outlet with no change of product form, volume or weight. Thus the product is not exposed to any mechanical influence; as is often the case with alternative conveyor types.

The bucket elevator is also a very flexible conveying system, catering to each customer’s individual needs. The inlets and outlets can be placed along the conveyor as required and the length, height and width of the elevator are specifically engineered to maximise the performance of each individual machine. The modular system also allows for a wide selection of construction forms and, in addition, the power consumption of the bucket elevator is much lower than that of the conventional conveying systems.

Buckets are supplied in many different standard sizes. The buckets can be made from a variety of materials, such as mild and stainless steel or polypropylene, depending upon the type of product to be conveyed and machines can operate between temperatures that range from -25˚C to 250˚C.

The food processing sector is a very important market for Gough & Co. (Engineering) Ltd., whose elevators are also employed to convey cornflakes, peanuts, crips and innumerable other foodstuffs, as the gentle operation of the system ensures that goods are not damaged during transport. The elevators are also suitable for the transportation of non-food products like seeds and wooden pellets or abrasive products, such as fly ash, coal, gravel or crushed marble.

Numerous Options
Your bucket elevator will be created uniquely for the job it has to do and this enables Gough & Co. to offer a range of specially designed add-ons that will enhance the performance and efficiency of the elevator. Available customisations include:
- A newly developed product dispenser. This ensures optimum distribution in the buckets, a gentle handling of the product and prevents unnecessary product waste.
- An automatic chain lubrication system which is installed to ensure lower power consumption, less noise and increased reliability.

As a standard feature, the elevators are equipped with an automatic chain tension adjuster. This ensures a constant optimum chain tension and lowers maintenance costs.

Why Choose a Gough Bucket Elevator?

Gentle, quiet and reliable conveying
Space-efficient and flexible
Energy saving with a low power consumption
Optimum and simple capacity control
Minimum maintenance required
24 hour telephone service
70 years experience

HANDS ACROSS THE CHANNEL - WEDDING.

We all love weddings (well us girls do, anyway!), and last September I went to a fabulous wedding. It was my cousin and her gorgeous French boyfriend, Sylvain, a tall, dark haired, dark-eyed specimen with the sexiest accent I have ever heard.

aI was very close to my cousin, spending most of my childhood in her company. She is 10-months younger then me (which she constantly reminds me of - and adds a couple of months, telling everyone she is the younger by a year!). Growing up, I was the tomboy, and my cousin, Ellie, was the sensible one. She was very academic, I excelled at sport. I was clumsy, she was elegant. We were like chalk and cheese, but we went together like fish and chips. I adored her, and I knew she adored me.

When she told me she had met this French boy, Sylvain, and thought that “this was the one”, I couldn’t wait to meet him. He was working as a trainee chef, spoke very good English, and was everything she had said he was. After three years, they announced their wedding date. I spent long, happy hours with Ellie, helping her arrange her wedding.

She said she had always wanted to get married in her little village church, and Sylvain had agreed, but was uncertain how keen his family would be. Ellie had met her future in-laws, but not all of the family, and wanted desperately to make them feel at relaxed at her wedding. The wedding breakfast was to be all French cuisine, and she arranged with the Vicar to have certain parts of the service translated. She even bought her wedding dress in Paris. Next came the wedding gift list, and it was my suggestion that we ask for French gifts, which would make Sylvain happy, and would delight all his family.

Knowing guests would not be able to travel to France to buy a wedding present, I surfed the internet, and found the perfect site and passed the information on. Everyone was grateful.

The wedding went like a dream - I was chief bridesmaid, and was so proud of how my lovely cousin looked. Later after the wedding breakfast, the bride and groom decided to unwrap their presents, so they could personally thank everyone. There were some wonderful French gifts - some for the kitchen, some for the dining room, and others to be scattered around. I particularly liked the pottery, and vowed to start collecting it myself. The look of pleasure on Sylvain’s family told everyone that they knew he had made a wise choice making my cousin his wife.

Well, that was all 9-months ago, and their first anniversary is coming up. I have been back on the internet to my favourite site, and know exactly what I am buying them for their first anniversary present. The site has many practical gifts, some being quite good conversation pieces, and certainly different from anything I could buy locally, and, more importantly, it is really authentic.

I am getting married next year, to a Scotsman, and if anyone suggests once more that we have haggis for our wedding breakfast, I am going to suggest we get married in secret!!

"TO BE OR NOT TO BE" that is the question!

So what is the answer? Only one person can answer that - YOU! We all want answers to our questions, that is why many turn to astrologers.

A good astrologer will never tell you what you should do. He may try to guide you, or drop some hints, but that is all. We all have different backgrounds and lives, and where a positive answer might be right for one person, it most certainly would not be for another. When we read our stars signs in magazines, they are always very general. What seems appropriate for a 16 year old girl, certainly would not apply to a 75 year old woman.

The only way to make it more personal is to have a private reading. A good astrologer has studied for years and years, and has probably practiced on friends long before offering his services to the public. He needs to know that his methods are 100% accurate, and has to be completely confident in what he is doing.

From the day we were born, we all have choices in life, and it is up to us to make the right choices. Sometimes this is very difficult, and quite often astrology can help. It cannot make the choice for you, but can guide you along the right path. How many times have you heard people say ".....I had no choice, I had to do it" Wrong, they did have a choice, they just chose the one they thought was the right one. Whether it was or not, without knowing all the circumstances, who can tell?

For centuries scholars been intrigued by the heavens, and the art of astrology dates back hundreds of years before Christ. Some people have let it rule their lives, while more sensible people use it to enhance their lives. No doubt you have noticed how a lot of "top celebrities" have their own astrologer, even members of royalty have been known to consult them They all have very busy lives, but still have the time and need for guidance.

By giving an astrologer all the vital details he needs, you can be sure that your chart will only apply to you, not everyone else born under the same sign, or even on the same day. It is important to choose the right astrologer, one who can offer credentials. If you do, who knows, you may be able to answer the "TO BE OR NOT TO BE " question.

Had my lungs checked out today and my part collapsed lung seems to be healing! Pheew is all I can say, I want to fly in July and without it healing that would have been a certain no no! Also turns out it was caused by a fall I had coming out of a pub. No I wasn't drunk, I'd had a carvery and a coke and some how managed to miss a step and fell like a lampost on my chest! I think being nearly 6ft and wearing high heals are not a good combo. So I am laying of the heals for a bit...

Things To Do In London

One of the hottest tourist destinations for centuries has been England. With its mixture of old and new it provides a plethora of opportunities without costing a fortune, if one knows where to go. For travelers venturing there for the first time thoughts of what to do in London will take up many hours of research leading to anticipation and expectation which is sure to be fulfilled.

For those on a tight budget there should be no concern because many activities are available that are absolutely free. For instance, some outstanding museums can be found there providing hours and events days worth of entertainment and delight. Many not only include priceless works of art, but exhibitions and events as well so there will be something for everyone providing enjoyment as well as enrichment.

A free attraction, the Science Museum, is a family favorite. Not only does it include IMAX 3-D movies presenting some of the most captivating photos of undersea life in the world, but also includes a space trip that allows viewers to experience life on the International Space Station. Additionally, their modern industrial world exhibit provides a gallery of inventions from 1750 to 2000 and their solar system gallery takes one out of this world.

Although the main mode of transportation in this city is walking, many get around by use of London's Underground. It's fairly easy to navigate with simple maps and the purchase of a day pass allows as much coming and going as one can fit into a day. Due to the fact it's a capital city, it has the hustle and bustle of many urban areas around the world, but one will find there is also a slower pace and the people are not only extremely friendly, but more than willing to help out whenever needed.

One of the best days of the week to visit is on Sunday. If one wishes to continue their traditional weekly religious observance, they will be more than welcome in any churches, many of which still look and feel as if they were from a time long gone. For instance, one featured in many modern movies, such as "Four Weddings and a Funeral, " is Priory Church of St. Bartholomew the Great located at 6-9 Kinghorn Street. Even if just in passing it is well worth the trip to see it.

After services, many special events are held only on Sundays and are best experienced with a walking tour. Two-hour walking tours into the catacombs of Kensal Green can provide a unique opportunity to see the oldest public cemetery in London. It also has two conservation areas where wildlife enhance the peaceful resting place of many famous people who once resided in this area.

Early-birds will be treated to a unique tour by meeting a special bus at London Bridge where they will be taken to the East End flower market area. Here the botanical gardens are open only on Sundays and, after a leisurely stroll, one can enjoy the many Victorian art galleries, pastry shops, and clothing boutiques that fill the area. The experience can then be commemorated with a free photo taken by renowned photographer Seamus Ryan at his Sunday Shoot after which photos will be uploaded onto the web for all to see.

For those visiting London for the first or 100th time, they will find there is something for everyone in this great city and it doesn't have to cost a lot to have the experience of a lifetime. From visiting Buckingham Palace to exploring the many museums and exhibits and even walking around enjoying the site and visiting with the people who live there, one will find a city of contradictions that is immersed in a rich history and culture, but also provides all the elements expected of contemporary life.

I'm voting Labour!

Labour have been good to me and I will be voting for them. There has been no recession in my house, infact the last couple of years have been the best and I am now finacially secure. How and why? Because I don't buy things with money I haven't got. If I want something I can't afford, I save! Yes SAVE.. It might mean I have to wait some time but I can assure you when I do buy it I bloody look after it. Rather than getting credit, paying twice as much, and still paying for something that has had its day. Credit crunch, my arse! Finally money management is being taught in schools. About time!

I have just been listening to David Cameron and I am convinced to NOT vote for him. Not that I was ever thinking about it. He seems to be living in the dark ages and I am sure I would not benefit from them being in power.

I have been a single parent all my life but only since Labour came into power I have managed to get off benefit and into work, something I tried and couldn't do when the Conservatives were in. I managed to get a degree and now work for myself. I am happy to pay taxes and don't mind the fact that I am heading for the higher tax bracket.

Mr Cameron talked about marriage being a good instituition! What a load of crap. Marriage was invented when life expectancy was only 40 - no wonder divorce stats have gone up. We now live to 100 if we are lucky. Marriage is an old fashioned concept and needs to be brought in this era. I have nothing against marriage, if its what you want to do then good, but why should single people be penalised?

Wake up Cameron, you will never get into power!

Incidently I know a couple of conservative councellors and they only became one for the money they get - something stupid like 17K a year and they only have to turn up for one meeting a week.

Slow down!

My family and freinds have been telling me to slow down for ages. I never really believed I was over doing it. Well last week I thought I had a mini heart attack. Turns out to be a collapsed lung! I straight away thought it must be due to me smoking. One doctor said it could be smoking but more likely to be from over excertion. They said its common in tall people and athletes. But another Doctor said its common in non smokers and stopping smoking will not stop it happening again! Great! Even so smoking is bad and I need a good excuse to give up so have been to quit clinic.

Also I am going to slow down, I work all day and rarely take breaks! Well next week I am having 15 mins in morning, 15 in afternoon and an hour for lunch! Got to look after myself I guess. Shame it takes something scarey and not so nice to push us into action.

Watch this space, I hope to post as a non smoker very soon. D day is Monday next!

Audio Visuals – The Future

We all think immediately of our lounge televisions, when we hear the expression “audio visuals”. We are completely right to do so, but there is far more to audio visuals then most people realise.

We are all familiar with CCTV, and whether we like it or not, it is here to stay. Lots of crimes have been solved thanks to CCTV, and we are told we are the most photographed people in Europe. Local transport now carries CCTV in addition to local retailers and street cameras.

Audio visuals are frequently used in galleries and museums, making the visit much more interesting and informative for tourists. Hospitals and doctors surgeries have been using them for some years now. Pop stars would be lost without audio visuals, whether they are performing out in the open, or in a large theatre. Imagine ones disappointment when spending a great deal of money on tickets, to find your pop heroes looking like ants, and barely able to hear them, let alone see them.

Over the past decade or so, the most popular and increased usage of audio visuals, is in business. Managers find it invaluable when training and updating their staff, they also use it to promote their business. Schools, Colleges and Universities use audio visual as an educational tool, finding students respond more eagerly to “watching telly”.

We all know how the drink, driving laws, and the no-smoking law has affected the trade in public houses, and publicans have found that by installing a mammoth plasma screen television, locals can enjoy a drink while watching their favourite sports programme. Many landlords say that it has been the saviour for their business.

These are just a few ways audio visuals have become part of our daily lives, and it is obvious that in the future it will play an even bigger part.

Working in the audio visual sector, will mean there will be no shortage of work, whether in manufacturing, engineering or sales. Anyone who finds themselves in a position to train, or re-train, would be well advised to consider this. Those already trained, will find the work they are suited to through specialised audio visual agencies.

Working in audio visuals, is working for the future. As we become more and more technical, so our need for specialised engineers will increase. Who knows what our inventors will come up with next. Will it be circular and revolving screens? Or maybe 3-D will grace itself in our own lounges. Whatever the future holds, if you have the skills required to work in audio visuals, then you will play a big part in it.

Maybe it`s because I`m a Londoner

“Maybe it`s because I`m a Londoner, that I love London town….” Well actually I am not a Londoner, but I do love London town. My happiest memories as a child was my parents arranging a day trip to London.

Having three sisters, we all had different interests, and there was always arguments as to where we should visit. My parents were interested in our education, so we inevitably ended up walking our feet off round the Houses of Parliament, or Buckingham Palace. My favourite, was the trip down the Thames, and stopping off at the Tower of London, seeing all the Crown Jewels. I found it almost impossible to believe how much they were worth. On another trip, we visited the Planetarium and Madam Tussauds - I particularly liked the Chamber of Horrors!

As I grew up, I used to save as much from my wages as I could, so I could blow it all on a shopping trip to Oxford Street, knowing full well that I would be far ahead in fashion then my friends at home. Later, I really got into the theatre, and saw many memorable shows, and my favourite pop stars.

I eventually married a Londoner, who knew the city like the back of his hand. We lived just over eighty miles from London, and my husband took great pleasure in taking me “home” and showing me his old haunting grounds. He pointed out all the changes, especially round the docks. He was proud to have worked on the Post Office Tower, which was much talked about for a long time. Being a Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer, he worked in some of the most amazing buildings.

When we finished going down the nostalgic route, we made our visits more purposeful, and used to plan our days carefully. As the children got older, and money wasn`t so tight, we would treat ourselves to an overnight stay in one of London`s budget Hotels. They are usually nice and central, very good value for money, and offered excellent service.

I have lost count of the number of times we have made trips to London, but I still have a long list of places I want to see. It is lucky for me that my husband knows his way round. However, as I get older, I like to take my time a bit more, so we now treat ourselves to two or three nights in a hotel, ensuring we get the very best out of our trip.

People often ask me if I am a Londoner, as I seem to know so much about it, and just say no I “just love London town…”

Creating A Countryside Atmosphere

People who have traveled to the French countryside have noticed the vineyards, fields of lavender, and the gorgeous sunshine that they bathe in. This sunny feeling can also be had in your own home with a little French Country decor. Rusts, purples, golds, and varying hues of these colors are common in this type of decor. Wallpapers with murals of scenes from the countryside are popular in sitting rooms, creating a warm and inviting feeling for guests.

Furniture of rusted metal, or pieces that have the appearance of being rusty, provide excellent accents in a room filled with similar light fixtures. Besides mural wallpapers, textured walls that are left fairly rough add a sort of outdoorsy feel to the room.

It's almost like sitting in the sunny courtyard in France, sipping wine and soaking up the feeling of warmth from the sun. The wood along the bottom of these walls is best when rough stained and combined with large beams going across the ceiling. You don't have to spend a lot of money to redo your entire home to get these beams either. They can easily be added to an existing ceiling and made to look like extremely old and heavy beams, while actually being very new and light pieces of wood.

Natural stone floors are common country decor in France, but aren't the type of flooring that many people already have in their homes. If actual stone flooring isn't possible, there are sheets of laminate that look exactly like stone tiles.

Each tile on the laminate sheet is a different shade of gray, creating a very 3D effect. They are so real looking that people often reach down to touch them. This effect is achieved because of the photographic applique that is placed on top of a piece of resin. The applique is then coated in a clear substance to protect it. These sheet are extremely durable and provide a completely different feel to the atmosphere of a room. This is perfect for French decor.

Using gorgeous wool or cotton rugs to cover portions of the floor add to the overall effect. Placing a few chairs with woven seats will add even more to the room. The ultimate piece to creating a room that is truly in the style of country decor in France would be a stone hearth. These are common in French country homes and are not only used for heating, but also for cooking. There is generally a beam placed over the top where copper pots and ladles are hung from nails or hooks placed in it.

Other items typically found in French country decor include large tables that have a low-gloss to them and chairs with carved detailing. Motifs with grapes, olives, sunflowers, or roosters are often seen in many homes along the countryside.

Furniture with upholstery fabric that has a cream, yellow, or white background and a motif in the center of a contrasting color is very popular decor. Seeing as it is the countryside, all of this elegance is made complete by lots and lots of flowers throughout the entire home.

How Bucket Elevators Can Improve Your Factory's Efficiency

No matter what line of business you are in, efficiency and productivity should always be near the top of your mind. With the recession slow to release its grip, more firms are now seeing less orders and a decrease in turnover. If your company has a factory or premises in which a lot of raw materials need to be shifted around, then the solution would be to choose one of the latest designs in bucket elevators.

No matter what material you produce or trade in, be it grain or building materials, the right bucket elevator would help reduce your reliance on manpower. Any dry free flowing material can be effectively and hygienically transported from one area to another with minimal effort. Time savings can be had almost instantly. The time it would take for a team of workers to manually shift the material from A to B can be a real drain on resources and productivity.

Modern bucket elevators are incredibly versatile equipment. Today they can be utilized in a wide selection of environments, both indoors and out. They actual buckets are moved though a chain pulley or conveyor belt system that is enclosed to ensure maximum safety. As the rules governing health and safety in the workplace become more rigid every year, you can be certain that with a new elevator bucket system you will be up to date with the latest laws.

You can get hold of a bucket elevator in almost any size, shape, or design to suit your requirements. Perhaps you only have a short distance to cover from your factory's loading bay to the processing plant, with a bucket elevator you will be guaranteed that the material reaches its destination in the quickest time as possible and with no contamination.

A modern design would be able to carry material up at a ninety degree angle. This is perfect for those premises which have factories with many floors.

Before making a decision it is wise to consult a specialist engineer or technician who can give you expert advice. They would need to visit your business to consider various factors such as access, power, and the elements. Today there are a number of firms who can install bucket elevators and conveyor belts; try to do as much research as possible before deciding on which firm to hire.

Maintenance is an important factor. The company that install the elevator should regular visit to ensure that there are no faults developing with the equipment. As long as they are maintained adequately, a bucket elevator can provide decades of service with no serious problems.

If you are after the cheapest possible options then search for second hand and reconditioned elevators. As more factories are closing their gates every week it is possible to get hold of modern but used equipment for less than half the original price. If this is a path you are to go down then you will need to be certain that there is no damage with the buckets and other components.

Cosmic Ordering?

Isn’t it the same thing as just simply wanting something,
and hoping that we get it ?

Have people really benefited from simply writing out their cosmic order and waiting for the Universe to deliver it? Read on!

Noel Edmonds didn’t just appear on our TV screens again after a long absence, according to him he ‘ordered’ it!

After reading the German best-seller “The Cosmic Ordering Service - A guide to realising your dreams” by Barbel Mohr (it sold millions in Germany alone) he was motivated to create his wish list. He asked for a ‘new challenge’ and got it in the shape of ‘Deal or No Deal’ and is back on our screens as the host of this very successful show. He had also put on his shopping list a villa (which he got) and some other things that he doesn’t talk about - (ooh would love to have been a fly on the wall for those - oh and by the way I am not cosmically ordering that!).
It would be silly and irresponsible to suggest that we simply sit down and let everything magically come to us without effort or engaging ourselves in the challenges of everyday life. However creating this Cosmic wish list has something in it.

How many times have we really thought we want something but when getting it, just wasn’t what we really wanted or when asking for something to empower our life we have felt undeserving and uncomfortable about asking for it.

What impresses me is the actual clarity that you need to have when creating your wish list. Writing it all down makes the individual very focused about what they are asking for and it stops us fudging the issue.

Oftentimes you ask someone what they want and the first thing that they do is tell you what they don’t want. This doesn’t create a focus on bringing anything into our lives, just allows us to dwell on the negative, rather than the virtues of positive thinking.

So what’s involved, well very little actually, just write down clearly what you want, the date that you want it and if money is involved exactly how much!
You can order as many times as you wish but only if it is for positive purposes. Anything that is harmful to others or ourselves doesn’t get a look in (lets order that!). If it hasn’t got a loving or empowering purpose then forget it.
If I got one thing from it, was to show me how foggy my thinking was with some of the things that I thought I wanted. When trying to write down what I wanted to manifest I was hit by more doubts than a juggler in a small tent. This realisation really help me sort out how to be directed and clear about what I was ordering into my life.

We all presume everyone wants a lot of money or a big house but that actually isn’t true. Whether you want to bring in a new relationship, career or simply have more money, be specific. Remember, be careful what you ask for, you just might get it! PL

All you need is Love ?

The Beatles, John Lennon, Frank Sinatra and all the crooners, all music genres- charts, pop, blues, folk, jazz and beyond, all sing of love so poignantly. Byron, Blake, Wordsworth, Shakespeare write about all kinds of love with such articulation. Books, films, plays, musicals, TV programs all feature love in their plots somewhere or another. We can relate to them all! Spiritual leaders and metaphysical gurus say ‘Love is all there is’. Divination cards and systems represent love as a major aspect of life, both human and divine. Many individuals seek spiritual guidance on love, and matters of the heart every minute of every day. Yet what is love? It is many things to different people. Highly subjective, it is indeed a wonder that two individuals can find love, let alone share the same meaning, feeling and quality and quantity together, and at the same timein one life. Yet somehow we all do, and for better or worse!

‘ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE. LOVE IS ALL YOU NEED,’ states dear John so simply. Oh, so you don’t have to go on courses and workshops after all?!

Some people live for love, some people die for love, some have so much, while some have so little. How do we find love? How do we give love?

There are different kinds of love as we all know – the love between mother and child, fathers and children, grandparents to grandkids, brothers and sisters, family near far and extended. And at the end of the day, are we not all distant cousins?

And just where is love when there are family bust-ups and fall out? What is the attraction between two people who ‘fall in love’ with each other? Do opposites attract, or do we have to be similar? What happens when we ‘fall out of love’- where does love go, where did we go? Why doesn’t it last forever? Can it? Does it? Do we have any control over love at all? With who, how, and when we find love, or when love finds us? Mind boggling and stupefying! How many of us have experienced being in love with two (or more!) people at the same time- why and how does that happen? A cosmic tease, maybe, but so often people get hurt in these situations- where the socially expected or legal norm is 1:1. Yet in many cultures of our world, it is perfectly acceptable to be married to more than one person at one time- maybe 6,8,10 others. So just who has got it right, and how have they achieved it? And if not, is it the thing called ‘love’ that changes, or one or other, or both individuals concerned that change?

We’ve all had different experiences of love, some good, some bad, and some which made us decide there and then we’d never let love into our lives again- no matter what! ‘Love hurts, love heals’ go the lyrics- but is not one person’s idea of pain, another one’s pleasure? And one person’s medicine, another one’s poison? One thing’s for certain – there’s nothing as confusing as love, and guess what – we’re all in this together. So fasten your seatbelt for the ride…

Right, a little exercise to get you started. Are you sitting comfortably?

Then I’ll begin…… I want you to recall a time you ‘fell in love’ with someone. (Or if you’ve never been in love, then recall the happiest time of your life, a time when you felt GREAT.)….. Take a few moments to really link into that memory…. How did it feel?... how does it feel now…..make the memory stronger, and more importantly …make the feeling associated with it stronger.. and very present… very very pleasant…..get a sense of the excitement, feel excited…so excited you’ve got butterflies in your stomach….remember how you couldn’t eat at this time…couldn’t sleep…so excited…yet you’re not tired….you’re invigorated…your world feels bigger….your world is bigger…..you’re bigger…stronger….more alive….more connected somehow…your senses are heightened, you feel a tingling, an aliveness.. you absolutely LOVE your life…you feel on top of the world because you are on top of the world, yet firmly rooted to the earth, very present, very tall, standing proud, marveling at who you are and what you can achieve…heads turn as you walk by – ‘what has he/she got ?’ they think to themselves as they look at you admiringly…..your entire environment reflects back to you this good feeling…you love everything deeply, profoundly…and everything loves you equally deeply and profoundly and more….your heart is wide open….brimming over with love.. for you and for every part of life you know…your body and brain are flooded with ‘feel good factor’ endorphins ( chemical messengers of bliss) and hormones that create joy, golden opportunities and choice in your life…….savour it!...enjoy it as long as you can…and then do it again another time.. and again…and again…..until you start to see love flowing to you and from you at will, and this is manifest as positive changes and growth in existing relationships and/or new liaisons and potential opportunities for loving relationships finding their way into your life, along with better circumstances and an upturn in many other areas of your life. I can’t resist, at this juncture, including the wise words -‘When heart is open, you will change’- sung by Van Morrison.

Okay, now , where are you at right now? Some of you may already be deeply, richly, madly in love- go for it! ‘Congratulations and Celebrations’ - how did Cliff get in here! Others of you may be in a long term relationship that’s leveled out, yet still has that element of fire and passion. Others may wonder what has happened to their ‘fire and passion’- even reaching the point that they’d forgotten it used to exist -‘oh that,’ I hear you say… like a wet firework. If you are in a relationship that has lost it’s sparkle- well okay, it’s gone out – and yet you both want it to work and improve, start by communicating this to one another, make a plan. Know that you can find again the very joy of your attraction to each other- remember together the great times you had, invoke those associated feelings- do things, think things, act things the way you used to, anchor those good feelings in the present, and create the kind of lives you want, the kind of love you want. Re-ignite your unique sparkle, enjoy yourselves again, re-invent your lives for now, make those heads turn again.

If there have been problems or difficulties, they either become insignificant, or you see very clearly what is needed to resolve those issues, along with, as if by magic, supporting influences. Watch as your lives turn for the better, everything to gain.

What if you’re the other end of the spectrum- you’ve never been in love, or it was so long ago- you can’t remember, or don’t want to remember. You’ve been on your own for so long, are used to your own company, quite self-sufficient, doing things in your own way, in your own time, etc, thank you very much! Then quite unexpectedly (or not) you wake up one morning, and decide, albeit apparently a bit zany, to seriously consider the prospect of looking to enter into a relationship again.

Wham! You find yourself entertaining thoughts and emotions you may not have experienced for a while, and maybe just a few gremlins. Yes there’s anticipation and excitement, yet there may be a few ‘I’m quite a bit older now, am I still attractive?’, ‘Where do I go to meet someone’, ‘It’s easier for men’, ‘I haven’t kissed for years’, etc, etc. ‘Perhaps I won’t bother’. Fears rise up, doubts start to creep in that can undermine your adventure…STOP..REWIND………….……….You decide to seriously consider the prospect of looking to enter into a relationship again. Good for you. Well done! Fact- Immediately you have sent out a signal indicating your intent…I’m here, I’m ready now.( Chances are you’re equally responding to a signal somebody else has been putting out - equal and opposite reactions, and all that jazz!!) Your signal will get a response - and in ways you may not even be able to imagine, or indeed comprehend! - so, in other words, don’t sweat it. Your part is to enjoy the anticipation, pour on the excitement, and while you’re waiting for the action, sort your wardrobe- what do you look and feel really good in- sort it. Prepare- do you need to organise a babysitter- if so, start looking around for someone you feel happy with. How do you feel about your appearance- make any changes you see fit TO FEEL REALLY GREAT. You’re in charge here, in thought, feeling, and action, so stay upbeat on all three! If you do find any little gremlins start to sneak in- little (or seemingly bigger), remind yourself what you are doing, and remember to decide you’re about to have the time of your life! You are open to new experiences, yet at the same time respect that you will only do that which makes you feel great about you. And by the way - blow those gremlins a kiss - they’ll blush!

By being true to yourself, and honouring yourself, you can attract great love and affection into your life. Oh, and don’t forget to pick up some travel brochures, so you’ve got some idea of where you’ll spend your first holiday together. Dare to believe!

Love and Blessings

Visit London for a Special Occasion

Do you or your partner have a special anniversary coming up? Maybe it is a big “O” birthday, or a wedding anniversary, and you want to make it one to remember - something special for you both. What could be more memorable then a couple of days in London, taking in one of the wonderful shows that London has to offer, a gourmet meal at one of the finest restaurants, and ending up in a comfortable room at one of the budget hotels.

If you have not seen “The Phantom of the Opera”, which has been running for 24-years at Her Majesty’s Theatre, ten you will be in for a big treat. It is a romantic musical by Andrew Lloyd Webber based on a gothic novel of life beneath the stage of the Paris Opera House. If you have been lucky enough to have seen it, then you will enjoy the continuation of the story, also by Andrew Lloyd Webber, “Love Never Dies” showing at the Adelphi Theatre.

Another favourite is “Billy Elliot, which has been running for 5-years at the Victoria Palace Theatre. Most people are familiar with the story of the northern boy from a rough and tough area who, like his peers, was expected to become a miner, but won a place at the Royal Ballet School. The dancing is quite spectacular. If you would like an ultra spectacular evening, then “The Lion King” would really appeal to you. It is still as popular as ever after 11-years, and is on at the Lyceum Theatre, and is an adaptation of Disney’s hugely successful; animated film.

For nostalgia, “Grease” is showing at the Piccadilly Theatre, and “Mamma Mia” is showing at the Prince of Wales Theatre. Both are packed with songs and music that will haunt you for days after.

However, the fastest selling West End show of all times is “Oliver”, showing at Drury Lane, Theatre Royal. A wonderfully spectacular and memorable show.

There are numerous other shows on in London, and whatever your taste, you are sure to find something to suit. “Blood Brothers” has been running for 19-years at the Phoenix Theatre. It is an award winning tale of Liverpudlian twins separated at birth. Once you have seen it, you will agree that it deserves an award.

After a visit to a theatre, what could be nicer then enjoying a meal at one of London’s Restaurants. Whatever you taste is in food, you will have no difficulty finding the perfect restaurant.

Finally to end your memorable day, what could be nicer then relaxing in one of London’s Hotels. There are many Budget London Hotels which offer first class service. Not only would your anniversary be one you will never forget, you may find yourself wanting to repeat the experience next year!

Save Money Through Energy Efficient Central Heating

Energy efficiency is high on everybody's agenda today. The cost of energy bills are soaring, when this is also combined with the effects of the current economic crisis then the result can often be severe financial problems. If you are searching for ways to reduce your household's expenses then the best place to start would be with the central heating system. It is this that contributes the greatest amount to our annual utility bills.

The first tip may sound obvious but it is worth repeating. Turn your heating down! By lowering the thermostat's temperature by three or four degrees you can potentially save yourself hundreds of dollars a year. If you ensure that your home is adequately insulated then less heat will be lost through the walls and roof. Just because we have a heating system installed in our homes does not mean we should always have it set to the highest temperatures. There is nothing wrong with wearing a sweater indoors; this would not cost you any more cash!

Modern central heating systems and boilers are far more efficient than older models. Your local council may have a scheme in which they offer a grant for the cost of a new boiler and installation if you trade in your old inefficient model. The latest boiler designs can reduce energy consumption by more than fifty per cent.

Even if you are not eligible for financial assistance with the costs, trading in your old model is still an option worth exploring as in the long run there are financial savings to be had. Also, you should understand that by choosing an energy efficient system you will be reducing your carbon footprint. Why contribute to the problems of atmospheric pollution when today there are plenty of alternative green options?

If you have an old fashioned system of radiators in your rooms then these will occasionally need "bleeding". Air can enter the system which reduces the overall ability to transfer heat effectively around the home.

Modern home heating systems can make full use of the latest advances in technology to ensure that costs are kept down. For example they can be used to generate hot water at night when usually the cost of electricity is less. The digital controls allow for an ease of operation, you should have very little difficulty understand how to change the settings so that the heating will automatically switch itself on and off at specific times of the day.

When it comes to the actual energy source we have three main options: electricity, gas or oil. Which is best for your home will depend upon your location as well as the size of the space which is required to be heated.

If you want to have the most ecologically sound property in your neighborhood then how about switching a percentage of your energy requirements to an alternative source. If we continue to use fossil fuels for our energy requirements then in the future the warming of the planet will do away with the need for a heating system!

Loving Yourself

The one person we all tend to overlook when we think of love is ourselves. Yet - whether we are in a relationship or looking for that special person, whoever he or she may be - the manner in which we regard ourselves will have a marked effect on how we relate to others.

I am not talking about an ego driven love for ourselves that makes us vain, conceited and blind to our failings but instead an acceptance that the person we are, warts and all, is a person capable of being loved by another and able to love in return.

You may have heard of the expression ‘as above, so below’, this expresses the theory that whatever happens on a small level is enacted on a greater universal level or vice versa. A practical example of this is the idea that where the planets are placed in the sky will signify not only our personalities, but will also indicate, through their movements and their changing interrelationships with each other, what opportunities and challenges we may face on a day to day basis. This is the prime spiritual law from which all others are drawn. Each law will have a positive effect and a negative effect. The law I wish to discuss in the context of this article is that covering the law of attraction and it’s polar opposite the law of repulsion.

We, as humans, communicate with each other verbally and non-verbally. It is easy to recognize peaceful words and gestures as opposed to aggressive ones and act accordingly. From this we form opinions of people, especially on first meeting them. However, we can be misled as it is relatively easy to use dishonest words or gestures. There is another subtle level on which we communicate and that is psychically. We radiate ‘signals’ indicating our spiritual energy to others which are acted upon unconsciously. It is impossible to send out misleading or deceptive psychic signals. What is within us will be transmitted outwards. When we connect with someone, we send out a thread of energy. The more we interact with them, more threads are produced, combining into a virtual cord. Some couples develop this link to such an extent that there is empathy or telepathy between them. This empathy will exist only when the link is based on higher level positive energies. The lower energies or negatives will preclude any understanding. The higher energy is love and its opposite is hate. If we assign chakra colours to the emotions then love will be a violet colour whereas hate will be red. If through our love we can accept unconditionally our own or another’s failings then the cord’s colour can approach, and in some circumstances adopt, a white radiance, since white is the combination of all colours in the spectrum. Where there is total hatred and rejection then a black colour will be present since black is the absence of light.

Not only should we consider the purity of our psychic signal but also we should ensure it has strength. Think of it like this. A small household candle can emit a pleasant light which can dimly light its surroundings but as we move away from it its radiance diminishes until it is not visible. In contrast a lighthouse or beacon emits a more powerful light capable of being seen from miles away so ensuring safe passage for those utilising its presence.

So what can we do to send our signal out brightly and strongly? We can start by looking at ourselves honestly. If you wish, take a sheet of paper and divide it into two columns. List all you regard as positive about yourself in one column. For example words like kind, generous, approachable etc. Then in the other column list what you feel to be your failings. Remember to be brutally honest with yourself but what may surprise you is the fact that the good column will be longer than the bad. Now for a bit of editing, Look at each negative and see if it can be changed easily by adopting an alternative attitude. For example you might have written down ‘SHY’, could you join in some group activity or society to make you more confident? Draw a line through each changeable item. Do the same in both columns because sometimes we can try too hard to be kind, generous etc and this can draw manipulative people to us. Once you have finished editing the list look at the items left uncrossed, accept that this is the real you and start loving the real you. Yes, you may not be glamorous but this may be balanced by your intellect. Not everybody is looking for outward beauty they may find someone with an ability to mentally stimulate them very attractive. Remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder. By accepting that you are not perfect and by being willing to change those flaws that can be changed, you will brighten your signal colour and increase its strength. You will make yourself more psychically noticeable. Also be willing to forgive yourself for mistakes in the past for this will also clean up your signal.

Surround yourself with happiness. Don’t dwell on the past, you can’t change it how hard you try but you can change the future by how you act in the present. Don’t mope around listening to sad music. Find a happy song, a happy film or DVD. Read a funny book. The happier you are, the brighter and stronger the signal you radiate.

If you are trying to find love, send out an advert on your psychic radio station. Visualise what attributes you would like in a partner and broadcast your willingness to meet such a person. A word of warning, don’t be too precise in what you want from a potential partner. Be willing to accept that Mr or Miss Right doesn’t have to be perfect in every way. Just like you they are human with built in flaws.

Finally, remember the words of the George Benson song;

“Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all.”
